| AQS is committed to the continual professional development of
its teaching and managerial staff. Schools are organized utilizing the
team concept with team leaders assuming a mentoring role to assist all
teachers particularly those who have limited experience. Professional development is provided by the
company each week in all AQS schools. In addition, AQS has a tuition
reimbursement program providing up to $500 per semester for approved
college coursework. Other approved professional seminars and workshops are
encouraged and funded by the company.
